Franchise Account Management Webinars
Franchise Management Companies | Marriott’s Franchising & Owner Services team hosted webinars for franchised former Starwood-branded hotels and management companies during the month of January. During these calls, we described our franchise account management strategy and how we support and interact with franchise management companies. For on-property leaders joining the calls, we also provided an overview of the tools and resources available within the Marriott organization, as well as updates on key other topics.
