Marriott Mobile App Updates for Your Choice/Luxury of Choice

As you may know, nearly 1,000 Marriott-branded hotels now offer guests the option to redeem points by forgoing daily housekeeping via the Your Choice (brands) and Luxury of Choice (brands) programs. Beginning in May, the Marriott Mobile App will now reference “Make A Green Choice” as the moniker for the Your Choice & Luxury of Choice housekeeping programs in the Mobile Check-In process, enhancing the mobile guest experience and enabling further awareness and usage. Guests will now have the ability to select forgoing housekeeping in exchange for points when they check in on the Marriott Mobile App.

Hotels currently offering Your Choice or Luxury of Choice do not need to change any collateral or naming. Please note that these changes do not alter the Your Choice and Luxury of Choice programs, and both shall continue to operate as they are today. If you are not currently offering Your Choice at your hotel(s) and would like for them to opt-in, please contact askops@marriott.com.
