Marriott International to Launch MarriottMoments.com

Later this summer, Marriott is launching a new website, www.MarriottMoments.com, which will offer over 100,000 activities in 800+ destinations and over 180 countries, making it the largest offering of travel experiences available online. The development of this site follows Marriott’s announcement in March of Marriott’s investment in PlacePass, a meta-search engine for tours, travel experiences, and other ancillary travel (e.g., car rental). Customers will have the ability to access MarriottMoments.com directly, or via Marriott and Starwood digital channels including website, mobile, and email. The launch will also be supported by a corporate-led external marketing campaign later in the year.
Guests are searching for local experiences now more than ever. This new website is part of Marriott’s ongoing strategy to be the World’s Favorite Travel Company, and connect with guests during more of their travel journey. It also supports the growth of our Rewards programs, allowing us to build loyalty with guests and provide an enhanced customer experience.
This new site is different than the recently re-branded “Marriott Rewards Moments” website which offers point redemption experiences exclusive to members. The new Marriott Moments site, will link Rewards members to both Marriott Rewards Moments and SPG Moments to access exclusive member experiences.
