SPG Pro Offers Renewal
Franchise Management Companies of SPG Hotels | SPG Pro Offers is a strategic approach to group offers that helps to drive topline results for participating SPG properties. This global program offers a website where group meetings and room offers are housed and available for sellers to use with group customers.
In 2016, SPG Pro Offers production was $340 million and email campaigns delivered offers to more than 900,000 group customers. To capitalize on the success of this program, we will renew the offer portfolio, effective October 19. The portfolio includes the best performing global offers, such as Triple Starpoints and Rewarding Room Blocks, and will only be available to participating SPG properties.
Every SPG hotel will be automatically enrolled in SPG Pro Offers, which are hotel funded. No action is required of hotels wishing to participate. Hotels that opted out of previous promotions will be enrolled in SPG Pro Offers if no action is taken. Hotels wishing to opt out must complete the SPG Pro Offers Participation Form before September 8.
Please note: this information was also shared with GMs of SPG hotels via the Aug. 28 Week Ahead email. Franchisees that do not wish for their hotels to participate are asked to notify their General Manager(s) so they may complete the Participation Form before September 8.
