Serve 360: Marriott International’s Sustainability & Social Impact Platform
Marriott International is proud to introduce Serve 360: Doing Good in Every Direction, the new Sustainability and Social Impact Platform designed to deliver on Marriott’s Serve Our World philosophy. The platform, which is launching this month, was developed to support the 2025 UN Sustainable Development Goals, and is intended to help create positive and sustainable impacts in the communities where the 6,200 hotels across the Marriott portfolio do business.
The four guiding priority areas (or “coordinates”) that make up the Serve 360 Platform are:

- Sustain Responsible Operations
- Empower Through Opportunity*
- Welcome All and Advance Human Rights

Our Ask of You
During the month of October, properties will get an in-depth look at each “coordinate” (via Headline News for MxM properties and Weekly Update for franchised properties) and understand how they can support Marriott’s commitment to Serve Our World. Additional information regarding Marriott’s Serve 360 goals, as well as activities being requested of properties, will be shared in November. In the meantime, franchise management companies are asked to encourage their hotels to support these efforts; together, we can leverage this unique opportunity to be a force for good across the globe.
