Four Points by Sheraton In-Room Dining (IRD) Replacement Standard: Grab & Go

Four Points Owners & Franchise Management Companies | The Four Points Brand team has released a new in-room dining standard as part of a larger effort to redesign Food & Beverage offerings for the brand. The ultimate goal of the redesign is to give guests an improved culinary experience that meets their needs and brings consistency across the brand’s F&B offerings.

Four Points Grab & Go redefines In Room Dining by placing a focus on convenience, simplicity, and price – key drivers for guests. The standard was designed with cost and ease of execution in mind to ensure it also meets the needs of Four Points owners and associates.

Grab & Go will replace in-room dining, effective March 1, 2018, and all Four Points hotels in the U.S. and Canada must comply with this new standard by this date. Properties should begin ordering packaging, menus and collateral immediately to prepare for implementation.

Should you have any questions, please contact FourPointsHeadquarters@marriott.com

Please note: Implementation guidance, including ordering information for packaging, menus and collateral will also be shared with GMs of Four Points hotels via the Nov. 13 version of the Weekly Update.
