Marriott Hotels Mobile Key Incentive


The Mobile Team is pleased to share that limited funds for the Mobile Key 2017 Incentive for Marriott Hotels in the U.S. & Canada will be carried over into 2018, with the funds being available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

To help facilitate the deployment of the Mobile Key Lock Standard, Marriott will provide a one-time incentive of $75 per guestroom lock to help offset the cost of lock retrofits or replacements for MH properties in the U.S. & Canada. Once lock installation is complete, properties must submit the Mobile Key Lock Incentive Rebate Request through Marriott Request Center. Payment will be made to Managed by Marriott properties as a credit to “Account 0410.136340 AR-Refund”, and to franchised properties as a credit through the OFB (Owner & Franchise Billing) System within ninety (90) days of submitting the request. Installations must be complete and payment request submitted by the end of 2018.

Mobile Key Deployment Update

Properties currently in Mobile Key deployment should continue to follow their Land-It tasklists for Go-Live by the end of the year. Mobile Key deployment will continue in 2018 for all brands. Properties will be able to opt into deployment during one of four deployment waves. Additionally, beginning in 2018, hotels will open with Mobile Key as it will be part of the critical path.
