Four Points Food & Beverage Refresh

Four Points Owners & Franchise Management Companies | The Four Points Brand team would like to announce the launch of an updated dinner menu, as part of a larger effort to redesign Food & Beverage offerings for the brand. The refreshed dinner menu builds on the F&B changes announced in 2017 including the addition of Grab & Go, which replaces in-room dining (U.S. | Canada) and updates to the Beverage Standard.

The ultimate goal of the F&B refresh is to provide a consistent F&B experience to guests, appealing to and enticing the target guest that desires reliability from a hotel brand. The brand will ultimately differentiate itself from the competition by providing an elevated experience that appeals these target guests.

NEW DINNER MENU:
The redesigned Four Points F&B experience is centered around signature items that are available at Four Points hotels around the world (e.g., the Signature Giant Pretzel). Additionally, each hotel has the opportunity to customize their menus by selecting additional menu offerings from a “bank” of options. Recipe banks allow hotels to customize their menus without having to create new dishes and test recipes – ultimately keeping consistency and ease of execution in mind for properties.

TIMING:
Properties will Go-Live by April 1. Accountability will begin for all Four Points hotels in the U.S. and Canada on June 29.

COST:
The new Four Points dinner menu is designed to be easier to execute and cost-neutral when compared to the current required menu offerings. The Brand team will cover the cost of drop shipping required service ware to hotels.

In the meantime, should you have any questions, please contact FourPointsHeadquarters@marriott.com.

Please note: Implementation guidance, including ordering information for menus and Master Food Distributors, will also be shared with GMs of Four Points hotels beginning with a Kickoff Webinar on Jan. 23. Materials will be available on MGS following the webinar.
