Savor by JW: In-Room Dining Launch


JW Marriott Owners & Franchise Management Companies | The JW Marriott Brand team would like to announce the launch of new in-room dining menu, Savor by JW: In-Room Dining, after a successful pilot at 15 JW Marriott hotels. The ultimate goal of the menu redesign is to align the room service menu with the JW Marriott target guest and their focus on leading a healthy lifestyle. The program will also refresh all room service collateral to support the new JW brand identity.

Savor by JW: In-Room Dining redefines in-room dining with a focus on a menu that has 70% healthy, nutrient-packed meals and 30% indulgent, comfort meals. The menu provides guests with a selection of balanced, wholesome menu items that are nutritious, local, sustainable and socially responsible. The program introduces juices and smoothies to the menu to energize the guest and includes a new JW Family Dining concept that enhances the in-room dining experience for guests with families and allows them to share larger meals.

Properties will be asked to place in-room dining menus by June 30, 2018. Savor by JW: In-Room Dining will be a part of property certification in July 2018 and is intended to become a brand standard in January 2019.
