Webinar Materials | 2018 SPG Management Company Integration Kickoff
Franchise Management Companies of SPG Hotels | As we move into 2018, we will undertake the massive effort of moving to unified platforms and systems and completing the bulk of our history-making integration. We will tackle what we are calling “The Big Four | Platform Integration”:
- Harmonize the three loyalty programs
- Empower guest experiences with a new customer relationship management platform, technology and mindset (also known as the Guest Experience Platform, or GXP)
- Transition all SPG hotels to Marriott’s Digital Web, Mobile, Voice, and Distribution ecosystem
- Integrate the reservations systems, such as Engage, PMS, One Yield, MARSHA, and many more
These tasks will require significant effort from your hotel teams, and have invited your GMs to a webinar on Tuesday, Jan. 23 to learn more about “The Big Four”, as well as our change strategy and the required on-property activities related to the integration.
