SpringHill Suites Market Cart Implementation; BSA will begin April 1, 2018
SpringHill Suites Owners & Franchise Management Companies | As part of SpringHill Suites’ collaboration with West Elm, the SpringHill Suites brand is introducing a new market cart, designed to activate SpringHill Suites’ lobbies by connecting with and serving guests in new ways.
As an extension of Modernize Your Market, the new market carts are a stylish and functional addition to hotels. The Market Cart provides the visual cue the hotel is transitioning from day to evening. Hotels can use the cart to display the elevated Modernize Your Market offerings, such as beer and wine on ice (or waters and iced tea, if unable to sell alcohol) to provide guests the opportunity to purchase and enjoy some quick refreshments.
Kits — including the cart itself, an ice bucket from Wasserstrom, as well as display items including a snack tray, and market tags and clips — have been drop-shipped to hotels; hotels should expect to receive by mid-February. This schedule is later than what was initially communicated, so the adjusted BSA will now begin on April 1, 2018. Review the updated standard for details.
