New Changes to myLearning for Franchise Properties

Franchise Management Companies | Two changes have been added to myLearning to make access to learning offerings easier for franchise locations and your teams: Seamless Access to myLearning Training and Resources, and Franchise Learning Coordinator Access.

Access to Training and Resources on myLearning

All associates at franchised Marriott and SPG Rewards properties in the Americas (including Canada and CALA) who have an EID now automatically have access to myLearning. There is not a direct charge for myLearning access in 2018.

  • If an SPG associate had learning history in Development Center and they would like to add it to myLearning, visit MGS for more information.

Franchise Learning Coordinator Access Now Available

Marriott’s Learning + Development team received property feedback and is pleased to announce that franchised properties across all brands may leverage the benefits of Learning Coordinator access in myLearning. Learning Coordinators are valuable resources who help foster a culture of learning on property. Assigning, registering, and tracking learner activity are some of the benefits having a Learning Coordinator can provide.

It is recommended that all properties have at least one Learning Coordinator, and property leaders are encouraged to identify Learning Coordinators between now and the end of March. For more information, visit MGS.
