Activate Sustainability & Social Impact: Call for Serve 360 Champions


Franchise Management Companies | Marriott International recently launched its new sustainability and social impact platform, Serve 360: Doing Good in Every Direction, along with a set of goals to drive measurable progress through 2025, inclusive of franchised properties. Serve 360 and its goals put Marriott’s core value of “Serve Our World” into action and guide how Marriott makes a sustainable and positive impact wherever it does business.

To bring Serve 360 to life at franchised properties, Marriott has created a new Serve 360 Champion role. These Champions will be the face of sustainability and social impact on property, rally their coworkers, organize events, work with teams across the hotel, and record success. While many of the goals will be achieved through various disciplines, the voluntary role of the Serve 360 Champion will be a vital part of bringing the energy and spirit of Serve 360 to each property.

We know many members of our franchise community are looking to engage in corporate responsibility efforts, and therefore encourage you to leverage this opportunity but asking your properties to select an individual, or team of individuals, to act as the property’s Serve 360 Champion(s) and help Marriott take its commitment to “Serve Our World” to the next level.
