Courtyard Franchise Management Companies | The Courtyard brand team introduced the new wardrobe collection in 2017. The new Courtyard uniform program is required and will be included in the BSA as of June 30, 2018.

Transition Guidance

• As hotels transition to the new program, each department shift should be transitioned at the same time. For example, all Front Desk associates in the morning should leverage pieces from the same uniform program.
• The new Courtyard uniform program is required at the Bistro and the Front Desk
  • The new Bistro uniform cannot be implemented until the Bistro at the hotel goes live with the new Bistro 2.0 menu
  • The option to wear jeans at the Front Desk cannot be implemented until the new Bistro uniform program is in place in the Bistro
