Elite Experience Shop Program
Franchise Management Companies | Marriott continues to focus on enhancing the loyalty experience for the most valuable guests. In support of this effort, we will offer Marriott, Renaissance, Delta, Autograph, JW Marriott, Le Meridien, Sheraton and Westin hotels the opportunity to participate in Marriott’s Elite Experience Shop Program. The program is designed to evaluate compliance, consistency, and execution of loyalty benefits as well as core service standards. In order for properties to participate in the program, hotel General Managers should complete the opt-in form by April 20.
While there is no charge to participate, hotels opting in would be required to cover the auditor’s charges for one night. This includes the auditor’s room and tax for the stay up to $350, as well as incidental charges; $30 at Hotel Bar, $30 at Retail Outlet, $65 in restaurant, parking (if applicable), resort fees and any gated entrance fees. Adjustments should be processed within 3-5 days of receipt of the shop results.
