Loyalty & GXP ‘Readiness’ Market Training


Marriott is introducing Loyalty & GXP ‘Readiness’ In-Market Training, which will prepare hotels on the upcoming Loyalty program changes, provide a hands-on training opportunity to accelerate GXP usage/adoption, and allow time for best practice sharing along with Q&A to drive on-property pull-through in preparation of Launch Day and beyond.

Target Locations

  • Tuesday, July 17: New Orleans Downtown Marriott at the Convention Center
  • Wednesday, July 18: Renaissance Concourse Atlanta Airport Hotel
  • Thursday, July 19: Renaissance Orlando at SeaWorld
  • Tuesday, July 24: Dallas (more details to become availble)
  • Wednesday, July 25: Renaissance Phoenix Downtown
  • Tuesday, July 26: Los Angeles (more details to become available)
  • Thursday, July 31: Chicago (more details to become available)
  • Additional locations after Loyalty Launch Day will be communicated to hotels in a future Weekly Update.

Cost

There is a $150 cost to attend; travel costs and accommodation, if required, are to be covered by the attendee’s property and organized individually.

Pre-Requisites & Requirements

Attendees will be required to complete both Phase 1 & Phase 2 Loyalty Training prior to the Roadshow. Additionally, they will need to request/complete the following:

  • Those without access to GXP must request “Property Administrator” access to EMPOWER: Guest Experiences via Marriott’s Identity Center. Access is automatically granted once their leader approves via Identity Center.
  • Ensure they have logged into GXP (https://marriottintl.my.salesforce.com) prior to the session and customized their profile – customize your profile job aid
  • Download the Salesforce App on their mobile device
  • For the mobile session, attendees must have property admin access to the control panel, and should have the property administrator update their profile.
