Aloft Renovation Requirements Now Available
Aloft Owners & Franchisees | As part of Marriott’s continued effort to improve guest perception and owner preference, the Aloft brand is pleased to announce the release of the brand’s renovation requirements, available via LOBO (EID and password required). Aloft is in the process of evolving its design strategy to better align with the brand’s positioning with the main goal to bring hotels as close to the new Gen 4.0 without requiring elaborate construction or changes to the millwork. The new design is centered around the public space and guest rooms, specifically W XYZ® and Re:fuel.
Highlights of the update include:

- Replace all FF&E (except banquettes, which will be reupholstered)
- Update the back bar liquor cage graphic
- Install the “analog selfie soffit” and all other electronic art programs
- Integrate the new Re:fuel F&B program
- Refurbish – do not remove – millwork
- Implement new check-in desk
Guest Lofts
- Replace all FF&E (except desk headboard and millwork ribbon)
- Replace headboard art, padding, and drapery
- Replace desk and PTAC cover
- Replace wallcovering and carpet with new but duplicate materials
