GDPR:

  • Search “GDPR” on MGS or click here. Resources, links to training, and FAQs are all available to support GDPR.
  • Ensure General Managers complete course 1007169 (Online Global Provacy Training) by Dec. 31, 2018, and on an annual basis moving forward. It is also recommended that any other franchise employee who has exposure to customer data complete this training by year-end, and on an annual basis going forward.

Key Reminders: Learning and Development & Look No Further (LNF)

  • Visit The Digital Learning Zone (EID & password required) or search “Digital Learning Zone” on MGS
    • Ensure associates have selected their function; associates from the six critical functions should complete all applicable training in the Digital Learning Platform by July 19
  • Search “Look No Further” on MGS or access user guides, and other resources here
    • The expanded LNF Charge structure as previously communicated will go into full effect as of August 1, 2018 (for MR Hotels), and January 1, 2019 (for SPG Hotels).
