2019 Operations Conference | Save the Date
Franchise Management Companies | We are pleased to announce the July 29-31, 2019 dates for 2019 Americas CLS Operations Conference. During the conference, senior executives from Marriott will discuss the company’s vision post-integration and the critical role operations leaders play in bringing that to life. Together, Operations Leaders from Marriott’s full-service and luxury hotels across the continent, along with regional and corporate leadership teams, will collaborate on:
- Driving superior guest and member experiences
- Activating mobile and digital platform
- Driving revenue and operational innovations that strengthen the operating model
One of the most important benefits of an event like this is the ability for leaders to collaborate and share ideas as well as further develop leadership skills. Leaders will have time to reconnect with old colleagues and meet new ones.
While participation is optional, we strongly encourage EDITION, JW Marriott, The Luxury Collection, W, Autograph Collection, Westin, Renaissance, Marriott, Sheraton, Delta, Gaylord, Le Meridien and Tribute Portfolio hotels to send at least 1, but no more than 3, of their Operations Leaders to this event. Guidelines and costs were communicated in the 2019 budget instructions.
