Phase 2 of the Shaping Service Evolution Launched January 31
As a result of market feedback, the multi-phased journey to evolve Shaping Service continues with Phase 2 which launched January 31, 2019 with the following enhancements:
- A modernized Welcome module made up of 8 brief videos totaling 25 minutes in length
- A single, simplified universal participant guide for Welcome and Service Essentials that reduces partner activities from 9 hours to 3 hours (translations to follow in March 2019)
- A streamlined BSA process
These enhancements will improve Shaping Service while maintaining its quality and value as a powerful onboarding tool for associates. Additional information is available on MGS including FAQs and the Shaping Service deployment timeline.
As communicated in October, Phase 1 of the journey included a significant reduction in curricula and assessments, and the replacement of the Jam site with a simplified MGS experience. Stay tuned for more enhancements to come that will reduce the total duration of the training from 29 hours to approximately 10.5 hours by 2020.
Each phase of the Shaping Service journey is a step toward simplifying the overall program, streamlining content, and dramatically reducing seat time.
