Release of Element’s New 7-Year Renovation Documentation


Element Owners & Franchise Management Companies |  As part of a larger effort to ensure that the Element brand is positioned appropriately and relevant to the brand’s target customer, the Element brand is pleased to release new 7-year Renovation Documentation. 

The new renovation design is based on the Element Enliven décor package. The renovation strategy for Element is to provide guidance on how to update existing hotels while aligning them closer to the current new-build strategy. The update will include Renovation Requirements, ID Specbook, BPM, and ID Drawings. This also include updates to select FF&E items, along with the elimination of various alternate specs from Gen 2.0. This new process will provide a streamlined on-strategy, cost-appropriate solution that will help create cohesiveness in the guest experience between hotels, which properties can benefit from even after they have been renovated.
