OneSource Now Global Brand Standard

As of January 2019, OneSource is the Global brand standard for all properties that do not have Consolidated Inventory/Total Yield (CI/TY) or Sales Force Automation Web/Group Pricing Optimizer (SFAWeb/GPO).

OneSource enables properties to receive group leads from Marriott sales channels including Global Sales, national and market sales teams, Marriott.com and other brand or property websites.

Scope

All properties that do not currently have CI/TY or SFAWeb/GPO must implement OneSource, as outlined below:

  • New Opening Hotels: OneSource deployment will be part of your new opening activities.
  • All Remaining Hotels: Hotels will be scheduled in a wave rollout in 2019.
    • As SPG hotels received the applicable sales and catering system during the Reservations Platform Cutover, this will primarily impact existing franchised Marriott Rewards Select Brand hotels, but will apply to any open hotel without CI/TY, or SFAWeb/GPO.

Properties will be required to have a minimum of two sales associates with access to OneSource (one primary and one back-up). These associates will be responsible for receiving and responding to leads in OneSource. Prior to launch, these associates will be required to complete 2-4 hours of training in the Digital Learning Platform (DLP). Communication and rollout activities begin late Q1 and training will take associates approximately 4.5 hours to complete.

Cost

A $600 enrollment fee will apply for all new opening hotels as of January 1, 2019. The enrollment fee will be waived for all hotels that were open as of December 31, 2018.
