Box.com Platform Available for Sharing Large Files

Associates with an EID may now use Box.com to send large files (up to 15GB/file). Under Marriott’s Enterprise Agreement, associates have access to preferred pricing, unlimited storage and a more secure log-on process using single sign-on and two-step verification. Other than Office 365, Box.com is the only Marriott-approved platform for sharing/receiving Marriott International data at this time.

All associates collaborating in the Box.com Enterprise environment must have an annual license charged to their property, and licenses should be ordered via the Insight portal with manager approval and not directly through Box.com.
