Lobster Ink Training Programs (Courtyard Bistro, F&B and M&E) will be Available on the Digital Learning Platform Starting April 4
This information was provided to hotels via the March 18 Weekly Update.
On April 4, the ‘Courtyard Bistro’, ‘Full Service Food and Beverage’, and ‘Meetings and Events’ Lobster Ink training programs will be migrated to the Digital Learning Platform (DLP). Beginning on this date, associates will be redirected to the DLP to complete these training programs. All completed courses will be reflected on the Achievements tab no later than April 12 (in-progress training will not migrate). If associates have training currently in progress, they will need to complete it by April 1 in order to be successfully migrated, or else it will need to be restarted in the DLP beginning on April 4.
Properties that have access to these programs today, either automatically or by purchase, will still have access (no action required). Properties that wish to enroll in either the Full Service Food and Beverage and/or Meetings and Events training program will follow a new purchasing process.
