New ‘Respect for All’ Guest Behavior Videos Available

These videos provide real-life scenarios to help empower associates and property leaders to deflect, decline and defuse guest behavior when needed, while still maintaining excellent service.
In 2018, Marriott launched Respect for All: Putting People First Since 1927, a portfolio of tools and resources designed to reinforce Marriott’s commitment to maintaining a respectful environment for each guest, business partner, and associate who walks through your hotels’ doors. This portfolio is available to franchise management companies to help guide their property teams on how to respond appropriately to certain hospitality-based scenarios.
