Digital Learning Platform (DLP) Update: Systems Training Available for All Brands

Franchise Management Companies | Effective May 1, property systems training (including EMPOWER: Guest Experience [GXP]) is now available in the Digital Learning Platform (DLP) for all brands. Build a Learning Plan (BALP) should be used to create required training plans for all new associates on-property at Managed by Marriott and franchised locations globally. Reporting for systems training activity varies by brand.
