May 31 Franchise Management Company Webinar

Thank you for joining us on Friday, May 31 for the Franchise Management Company Webinar. If you were unable to join, a recorded version and a PDF of the presentation are now available (EID and password required).

In addition to the recorded version and PDF of the presentation, please also note the following resources.

  • Marriott Bonvoy™ Tours and Activities
Marriott Bonvoy Tours & Activities (www.activities.marriott.com) is a platform that offers guests and locals travel experiences in destinations across the world. Franchise management companies are asked to encourage your GMs and Front Office staff to watch the recorded Marriott Bonvoy Tours & Activities activation webinar, available on MGS. Within that webinar they will be encouraged to:

    • Enroll guest-facing associates in the eLearning
    • Submit hotel experiences
    • Sign up for the ‘booking on behalf of tool’
    • Submit local tours & activities

  • Sertifi eAuthorize Tool

We have partnered with Sertifi to deliver a safe and secure third-party payment management tool to all hotels globally. We expect the new solution to relieve hotels of their existing issues and allow for one consistent portal across brands.

This tool will replace Marriott Rewards hotels’ current manual faxing process and SPG hotels’ eCCA portal used to send/receive credit-card authorization forms on property. This tool can be used by Events, Finance, Front Office, Group Housing, Reservations, etc. on property to facilitate the receipt third-party payment forms. All brands were given access to Marriott’s customized version of Sertifi in Q1 2019.

Hotels will need to provide data for input into the portal, designate user access administrators, and complete training to begin using the portal and form.
