TakeCare Global Challenge: Level30

Through TakeCare, Marriott promotes a holistic approach to employee wellbeing that drives its people to care for the business we operate and the guests we serve. It is Marriott’s TakeCare commitment to provide opportunity, community and purpose that uniquely sets us apart and cultivates a people-first culture at locations across the globe.

New to the franchise community, the TakeCare Level30 Global Challenge is coming soon! Franchise management companies are encouraged to invite their hotel(s) to host this 30-day wellbeing challenge between July 1 – September 30, 2019. Designed to help build healthy behaviors into your daily routine, Level30 includes challenge activities that tie to personal wellbeing, doing good for others, and helping the environment. A suite of planning and marketing resources is available now on MGS to help promote the Level30 challenge and inspire your associates to participate.

An announcement will be sent on July 1 once the Level30 digital app is available for free download on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Participants will partner up to complete a variety of wellbeing tasks and earn points together to move across three levels of play for a chance to win gift card prizes.
