Marriott Hotels Invites Consumers to “Let Your Mind Travel” with New Global Advertising Campaign Beginning in September

With the successful Marriott Hotels Product Transformation well underway, the Marriott Hotels brand will introduce a new global advertising campaign designed to differentiate and strengthen the brand among travelers. As part of the brand’s mission to “Elevate to Win”, consumers will be invited to “Let Your Mind Travel” at Marriott Hotels beginning this September.
The campaign’s key message is that Marriott Hotels helps guests to let their minds travel so they can reach their full potential. As the best place to think, create and imagine, Marriott Hotels helps to clear guests’ minds through anticipatory service and transformed spaces. With a clear mind, guests are more receptive to the sparks of stimulation that the brand offers through guest experience elements like TED Talks content.
The launch of the campaign will be used to build pride and excitement among associates (“hosts”) at Marriott Hotels and prepare them for the next level of engaging, anticipatory service. Informational stand-up packet content designed to drive service behaviors that help clear guests’ minds in support of the brand promise, will be available for properties to use August 5. Back-of-house materials will also be redesigned to reflect the key aspects of the brand using the enhanced brand voice.
