Residence Inn Owners & Franchise Management Companies | The Residence Inn Elevate Strategy was developed to increase consumer perception of the brand through marketing efforts (new ad campaign, logo, and brand voice) and by offering a more upscale guest experience that will support higher ADRs. Through consumer research, a number of key touchpoints have become focus areas because of their ability to drive both guest appeal and a stronger upscale image. Two new components of the guest experience that your hotels should implement now are:
• As part of RI Elevate strategy, hotels should use the Outdoor Activation Guide and budget accordingly for upgrades to the guest outdoor living experience. Consumer research identified this area as a key opportunity to present a more upscale image.
• Review and plan for the transition to updated OS&E items per updated brand specs for in-suite kitchen items and hair dryer.
