Classic Select Brands: Optimizing Lead Photos on Hotel Websites
Classic Select Brands | On a daily basis, dozens of people walk through a hotel’s lobby, but hundreds will encounter the hotel for the first time by viewing the signature (lead) photo. As a result, the Classic Select Brand Marketing Teams have embarked on an exercise on behalf of hotels to optimize the signature photo on marriott.com. Photos will be selected from the existing photos available on the hotel websites that best represent the hotel, and that also work well in both small and large sizes displayed across various devices.
No action is necessary from the hotels. Residence Inn, TownePlace Suites, and Courtyard are expected to be completed in next several weeks. SpringHill Suites, Fairfield, and Four Points will follow in the next several months.
