Revenue Management Remote Solutions (RMAS) Enrollment

Revenue Management Advisory Services (RMAS) is a unified Revenue Management team that drives incremental top line revenue, RevPAR growth and excellent value proposition via consistent pricing, robust service offerings, and strong internal and external partnerships.
RMAS has various levels of service, tailor made to support all brands and hotel types. In addition to annualized programs, the team also has a variety of ‘ad hoc’ offerings that hotels may find beneficial throughout the year. The service is geographically aligned so the team works in the same time zone of your hotel(s), offers continuous coverage all year long (PTO assistance when your assigned manager is away) and has multiple service offerings. RMAS partners on both strategy and operational excellence ensuring proper execution in the Marriott Revenue Management Systems.
Base Service Tiers
Revenue Management Advisory Services are organized into five scalable, cost-efficient tiers of bundled services that account for hotels’ needs, based on sales and catering system, complexity and brand category. Plus Services
Plus Services are additional Revenue Management support options. Any hotel may add these targeted support services to supplement their base service tier or contract these services separately. Plus Services may be added at any time throughout the year and offer the flexibility of ad hoc support when necessary. Key Dates for 2020 Enrollments:
- Hotels interested in participating in RMAS in 2020 should complete the RMAS Solicitation Survey by Oct. 15
- Currently participating hotels that do not wish to renew services for 2020 must actively opt-out by Oct. 1
