The Luxury Collection to Implement Improved Authentic Moments Beginning Nov. 18

Beginning Nov. 18, The Luxury Collection hotels will implement improved Authentic Moments, with custom, programmed content provided weekly to be shared at daily meetings across the entire brand. Building upon our initial program launch in 2018, Authentic Moments will bring the brand’s Be Authentic service principles to life, reinforcing proactive service behaviors, associate pride, and innovative ideas to cultivate a consistent and distinctive luxury guest experience.

The Luxury Collection GMs are required to attend an Authentic Moments Launch Webinar to learn the new daily meeting process and requirements for launch, which was also communicated to GMs within the October 13 Weekly Update. We also encourage your team(s) to attend a webinar should you be interested in learning more about the program.
