- Secure BlueZone Access (SBA) Portal
- Secure Blue Zone has been selected as a replacement for the Blue Zone access that hotel associates have been using for systems like MARSHA, CTAC, Loyalty, and OSCAR.
- Effective Jan. 15, hotels will no longer be able to access the Blue Zone portal from a non-Marriott connected computer and must use the new SBA portal. This portal requires two-step verification, which is recommended to be registered for in advance to avoid delays in accessing the portal. The new portal has been live since mid-November, so associates can test this access out now and we recommend that you begin to use this now as your portal.
- If associates use a computer that is connected to the Marriott network, they will continue to use the current Blue Zone access that they do today. This access has not changed. However, if associates travel with a laptop and are using a non-Marriott internet connection, they will be required to use the new SBA portal.
- Two-step verification is required to use this portal. If associates have a Marriott email address and/or Marriott Office 365 account, then they are already be registered. If associates have not yet registered by Jan. 15, then they will be prompted to go to the registration portal to setup an account.
