Introducing New Marriott Select Brand (MSB) Tools for Talent, Service and Culture
This information will be communicated to hotels via the Feb. 10 Weekly Update.
While the Marriott Select Brand (MSB) tier consists of 11 distinct brands, they all share one common objective: delivering exceptional experiences to every guest. A key focus in 2020 is to help MSB hotels deliver on this objective by providing hotel teams with refined talent, service and culture tools.
Two of these new recommended tools are now available:
- Small Moments Matter (MSB Brand Leadership Digital Learning) – Originally a GM conference workshop, this content is now available for all MSB property leaders in a digital format that can be accessed anytime. The content focuses on brand leadership, the inspirational role that General Managers play, and how properties can easily execute impactful “small moments” during daily meetings and across all team touchpoints.
- Disrupt This, a brand leadership tool designed for Distinctive Select property leaders is also available.
- Classic Select Brands’ Talent Video – This video showcases what makes Courtyard, Fairfield, Four Points, Residence Inn, SpringHill Suites and TownePlace Suites unique and their associates so exceptional. The new video is geared for both above-property and property leaders.
