- CI/TY & SFAWeb Productivity Reporting Update
- The CI29 – Productivity Quote Details report is the primary report for productivity. Quote details are included with the data. There are three output options: Total Changes, Room Nights and Room Revenue, or Function Revenue. The Total Changes tab now includes both room night and revenue information.
- Outputs:

- Save time by viewing changes for room nights, room revenue and function revenue all on the new Total Changes output
- Easily review data for Room Nights and Room Revenue together with the new combined output
- The Current (Actual, T1, T2) output has been retired
- Columns:
- Quickly identify the type of change in the new Productivity Type column, which can also be filtered for one or more of the following: Current Net Changes, Current New Definites, Future Net Changes, and/or Future New Definites.
- The new Original Definite columns allow for additional analysis by displaying when the quote turned definite and what the values were at the end of that month.
- Another snapshot of data is provided with the new Previous column displaying the value prior to the change.
- New Productivity Parameters:
- The new Exclude Definite to Definite Net Changes parameter provides another way to track productivity by only including New Definites and then Net Changes when the quote becomes Actual or Cancel.
- Users are able to customize the report with the new Select Productivity Type option by choosing which productivity type(s) to show on the report.
- The new Display Attrition/Cancellation Collected parameter gives users the option to receive the following attrition and cancellation columns on the Total Changes output: Attrition Amount, Attrition Collected, Attrition Collected Date, Cancellation Amount, Cancellation Collected, Cancellation Collected Date
- Available Resources Include:

Variances are invoiced to the hotel.

- Single Sign On with Marriott EID
- Central repository to submit financial statements
