Marriott Bonvoy is launching Week of Wonders – created to celebrate and inspire members. Marriott Bonvoy Escapes will launch Oct. 7–11, and Escape to Luxury by Marriott Bonvoy will launch Oct. 14–18.

There is no action required of hotels. However, hotels may choose to add small gestures of hospitality to thank members during their stays that week. For ideas and more information, visit MGS

Operations Updates

Mobile Key Support & Chargeback Guarantee Program (CBG) | The CBG program is now available for hotels in both Canada and the U.S. Hotels with Mobile Key that meet performance criteria may submit chargeback reimbursement requests beginning Oct. 15 for eligible reservations arriving Sept. 15 or later. To prepare, operations and finance leaders should review the program one-pager and CBG FAQs. For questions, register for office hours on Oct. 15 or 22. The Oct. 22 call will have additional focus for Canadian hotels.

Mobile Key: 3rd Party Support | Hotels not live with Mobile Key by the end of 2020 are required to budget for a $2,500 charge for deployment support.
