Overview: Nowsta Staffing uses an aggregation model that enables staffing orders to reach hundreds of the top staffing agencies and combine them onto a single platform. They’ve spent the last year onboarding the best-in-class hospitality staffing around the country so we can deliver the largest pre-vetted pool of staff in their doors, quickly.
Cost: Marriott is covering the set-up costs. There are no additional on-going fees. This platform is free to any franchised hotel, including non-Marriott brands. Franchisees would only pay the applicable hourly rate for jobs that are filled.

Instawork Staffing: Available to select markets in the U.S.
Overview: Instawork is a high-tech, high touch staffing network that connects hotels to a vetted network of hospitality professionals that it can book using its easy-to-use technology platform. Marriott is piloting this staffing solution that leverages their significant community of people with F&B background and hospitality experience. We are giving you access to our pilot in exchange for feedback on the service.
Cost: Each property will get one shift for free. Franchisees would pay the applicable hourly rate for additional shifts that are filled.

Marriott has incorporated Google and Facebook artificial intelligence to make Marriott Careers a go to in hospitality job search. Over 23 million views and 2.4 million applicants per year.

This tool allows hotel associates to compare inventory and identify discrepancies between MARSHA and LightSpeed directly in LightSpeed. If discrepancies have been identified, the hotel associate will have the option to Upload to MARSHA (meaning the LightSpeed data is correct) or Download from MARSHA (meaning the MARSHA data is correct). Upload and Download buttons are visible on the Reservation, Mini-Hotel and Mini-Hotel Reservation Level reports.
