QA Site Access: If you cannot access the site or if you need to modify your access to reflect a different property, submit an access request through Identify Center using the guide. It may take several days for access to be approved and reflected on the QA site.​

Report Serve 360 Activities in ‘Just Report It’ Tool
The tool collects all the Serve 360, government affairs, and culture activities to support the Serve 360 goals, one of which is to provide 15 million volunteer hours by 2025.
To best position your hotel for revenue-generating opportunities, ensure your hotel actively reports in the tool so the information can be pulled through to requesting sales channels. Resources, including training, example activities and FAQs, are available on MGS.

Travel Trends

  • After an anxious period, feelings of normalcy and optimism are starting to return, and more Americans are now marketable for travel.*
  • However,  Americans appear to be increasingly pushing off the early fall leisure trips they planned to later this year.*
  • Most Americans now believe that proof of vaccination should be required to fly, stay at a hotel, dine in a restaurant, or attend a large event.

*The key findings presented represent data from 1,200 American travelers collected Sept. 15-17

Business Travel “Welcome Back” Initiative

What is the Welcome Back Initiative? A ”surprise and delight” initiative running throughout the month of October to welcome business travelers.

All hotels are encouraged to participate. A flyer is available on MGS that provides:

    • Overview of the program
    • Guidelines and links
    • Messaging that can be used for notes and emails
    • Pick list of ideas (by hotel type) for additional activities

At minimum, we recommend the following:

    • A welcome note handwritten by a hotel team member
    • A pre-arrival email to welcome the traveler to the hotel and include information about the current operating environment

Just Report It Tool Basics

Just Report It is Marriott International’s web-based tool for reporting all Serve360, government affairs, and culture activities happening at properties.

WHO: The tool is available for all hotels. Anyone with an EID can access the tool and submit activities on behalf of their hotel. Hotels are encouraged to select a Just Report It Champion to submit activities. Additionally, FMCs can utilize the tool to create a summary report that includes all hotels and their corresponding activities.

WHAT: Use the tool to submit Serve 360 (community engagement, volunteerism, donations), Culture (team building, associate development, associate engagement), and Government Affairs (participation in hotel associations, lobbying).

WHEN: Each hotel should “report as you go”. Submit activities after they occur or at least quarterly.

WHERE: Access the tool on MGS or on your phone. Recorded trainings are available on MGS.

WHY: Support Marriott International’s Serve 360 volunteerism goals to get 15 million volunteer hours by 2025. Important to customers, guests and partners. Quantify your impact! Access data and reports for hotels and by management company.
