SpringHill Suites Launches New Palettes Décor Package
During the 2015 CFRST Owners’ and LINK Conference, SpringHill Suites introduced the new Palettes décor package for new builds, with the renovations package having been released earlier in the year. This was followed by the release of the documentation and all product item availability on December 18, 2015.
Early feedback on the new décor from owners and guests has been extremely positive, and the Palettes décor positions the brand well for the future. As a result, we are excited to announce that the Palettes décor package, which includes signature FF&E by West Elm, is now the brand standard for both new build construction and renovations, with the following requirements:
New Build Décor Requirement as of ______, 2016
- The Palettes décor scheme, featuring the West Elm FF&E, is the required package.
- The Inspire décor scheme is now retired as an option for new builds.
- Custom submittals are welcome for review and approval.
Renovation Product Requirements as of April 1, 2014
Décor Requirement
- The Palettes décor scheme, featuring the West Elm FF&E, is the required package.
- The Inspire décor scheme is now retired as an option for renovations.
- Inspire FF&E items will remain price-protected for purchase through Avendra Replenishment until at least ________2016.
- Custom submittals are welcome for review and approval.
