Announcing WiFi Simplified – A Process Designed With the Planner in Mind

On August 1, Marriott International will begin rolling out WiFi Simplified, an industry-leading approach for presenting meeting internet options. The new standardized process, found in the Marriott portfolio of full-service brands, provides greater clarity on pricing and bandwidth selections so that our customers can confidently plan meeting experiences at applicable Marriott-branded properties. The initiative includes managed and franchised hotels for The Ritz-Carlton, JW Marriott, Autograph Collection Hotels, Renaissance Hotels and Marriott Hotels brands in the U.S. & Canada. WiFi Simplified is designed to strengthen the conversation with customers by providing associates with the training and tools they need to be successful. There is no cost, nor are there any technology changes required to participate.

Launch Timeline

August 1: Weekly Update announcement for General Managers to select a property coach. Full-service hotel GMs will be asked to select in Land-It a WiFi Simplified property coach by Friday, August 5.
