Integration Update | Marriott Development
Owners and franchisees will continue to work with their current Marriott + Starwood development contacts. For any deals currently in play, our goal is to support you throughout the development process and minimize any impact of the merger on your project. For future development, you may continue to work with your existing contact and, depending on which brand you wish to develop, that individual will coordinate with their counterpart, if needed. All future development deals will be subject to Marriott’s policies and Hotel Development Committee process.
