Marriott’s Quarterly Promotions Program, a key component of the broader Americas demand generation strategy, is a turnkey program that consists of seasonal demand generation campaigns and merchandising opportunities. Timed to address specific need and peak travel times, the program enables your hotels to gain valuable exposure to millions of customers and grow transient bookings throughout the year with a multi-channel marketing strategy that includes the following:

  1. Integrated Campaigns | High-impact strategic creative, copywriting, landing page, campaign management, and merchandising throughout Marriott.com, digital paid advertising, social media and more.
  2. Turnkey Activation | Marketing activation toolkit compliments the integrated campaign by utilizing digital display banners, social media posts, PR templates, key packet designs and more.
  3. Improved Reach | On Marriott.com: 4.1 million impressions per day; eMail Marketing Campaigns: More than 10 million subscribers per week; Travel Ad Networks: Millions of impressions with reach across Kayak, Sojern, TripAdvisor and more; Social Media Paid Advertising: Estimated reach of 4 million users and 500,000 video views; Influencer Marketing: Estimated 4.46 million followers and 150,000 engagements
  4. Solid ROI and Hotel-Level Reporting | Past promotions have driven nearly $30:1 ROAS collectively for participating properties. The 2015 Cyber Monday Campaign had the majority of room nights generated (49%) from hotels under 60% occupancy – benefiting hotels that need it most. Hotel-level reporting will be made available.

How to Participate

The cost of each campaign varies based upon the hotel’s number of rooms and will be charged quarterly based on the following groupings. Costs are subject to change with prior notice.

  • 100 rooms and under: $750 per quarter
  • 101-299 rooms: $1,250 per quarter
  • 300 rooms or more: $2,000 per quarter

Prior to the launch of each campaign, all potential participants will receive detailed information about the promotion, along with a solicitation which requires an opt-in response for participation.
