Aloft Design Updates
Aloft Owners & Franchisees | As former Starwood brands are transitioning into the Marriott International portfolio, the Aloft brand is focused on evolving their B&F experience to align with their brand positioning. This includes focusing on the Re:Fuel and W XYZ Bar offerings, which will also be supported by a public space design update.
The Aloft brand is now 8 years old with 120 open properties globally and a strong development pipeline. In order to support this distribution, the Marriott Global Design team was focused on brand evolution in two areas; design of both guest room & public space, and the B&F experience. The new Aloft B&F Program is expected to launch in May 2017 and Final Construction Documentation will be finalized by the end of July 2017.* Additional adjustments were made in the public area to tie in the guest room work so the entire package appears visually cohesive. The new Aloft B&F program is currently being tested for launch in May 2017. With this scope of work, the anticipated schedule of deliverables is as follows:
