Franchise Management Companies | As communicated last month, we retired the Month Ahead emails for Marriott-branded hotels. In an effort to ensure all hotels continue to receive support related to the integration, Change Champions are encouraged to continue to review The Check-In each week for integration updates.

Explore Discount Program (U.S. Only)

Friends and family of U.S.-based associates will now have the ability to book applicable hotel discounts at former Starwood properties in the U.S. for reservations on or after March 27. Hotel discounts for friends and family at former Starwood properties outside of the U.S. will be coming in June 2017.

For any guests checking in with an Explore Card or Explore Friends and Family Authorization Form, front desk associates should use the Lookup Tool to verify authenticity. View MGS for more information on front desk procedures.
