Talent Point by Marriott is a HR solutions organization providing Marriott’s franchise community with priority access to optional, leading HR services at preferred rates. We have three service offerings to assist with your talent acquisition needs.  These include:

 

Recruiting Outsourcing: Talent Point by Marriott has teamed with PeopleScout to offer Marriott’s franchise community on-demand recruiting outsourcing for management and hourly positions.
Temp Staffing: Talent Point has partnered with the top three temporary hospitality staffing  providers that Marriott uses on the managed side to now provide temporary staff at a volume discount.
Job Postings: Post jobs on one or more of the two job board options, which are 70% less than the leading job boards’ average list price and can assist with finding qualified candidates fast.
