As the integration efforts continue, Marriott wants to ensure critical communications reach necessary Revenue Management team members. Review and confirm that your hotels update Valhalla with the preferred “GRST (Global Rate Support Team) Contact”. 

The “GRST Contact” in the Valhalla Portal will be used as a central Revenue Management contact source for important revenue management communications. In addition, the “GRST Contact” will continue to be utilized by the GRST and for the automated emails related to properties experiencing issues related to the Minimum Rate Threshold value.
