Franchise Management Companies | In an effort to ensure all hotels continue to receive support related to the integration, Change Champions are encouraged to continue to review The Check-In each week for integration updates, which are posted on an as-needed basis.

There were no major integration-related activities or messages for Marriott Rewards hotels this month, however; hotels were invited to join a Loyalty Mindset Kickoff Webinar the week of Aug. 28 to learn how to excite and engage their staff, and to bring the Loyalty Mindset to life at hotels starting in October.

Hotels are also encouraged to continue to focus on their Q3 Game Plans. Game Plans have been posted on The Check-In. GMs and their teams should review their brand-specific Game Plan to plan for key actions items, read important reminders, and know which webinars to attend.
