Review Q1 Game Plans | Q1 Game Plans are now posted on The Check-In. GMs and their teams should review their brand-specific Game Plan to plan for this quarter’s key actions, read important reminders, and know which webinars to attend.
2018 Explore Discount Cards Available for Printing | Print your new Explore discount card from myHR as current cards expire Dec. 31.
Complete Owner and Franchise Billing (OFB) Training | SPG Associates that will play a role in the Owner & Franchise Billing process are required to attend an upcoming OFB training. Sessions will be offered between Jan. 9-12.
Complete Q4 GFSA | Complete Q4 Global Food Safety Audit (GFSA) by Dec. 31, and ensure your property is ready for Brand Standard Audit (BSA). As a reminder, accountability for the BSA will begin Jan. 2 for Group 1 brands (Sheraton, Four Points, Westin, W, The Luxury Collection, Tribute, Aloft, and St. Regis).
MI LEADS: New Global Lead Referral Program Launching on Jan. 1 | TeamHOT, MAR-HOT, and The Ritz-Carlton Lead Referral Programs are sunsetting at year-end – and will be replaced by MI LEADS, the new global lead referral program. To facilitate sending and receiving leads by Jan. 1, each hotel that opted to participate should have identified three separate contacts on property.
Fam-Tastic and Plan-Tastic Expanding in 2018 | Effective Jan. 2 Fam-Tastic and Plan-Tastic rates will be expanded to include SPG hotels and we will no longer limit annual stays for travel agents and meeting planners. All participating hotels should review Revenue Management general procedures, which must be completed by Dec. 29. Visit Fam-Tastic and Plan-Tastic pages on MGS to learn more.
