In an effort to ensure all hotels continue to receive support related to the integration, GMs and Change Champions at Marriott Rewards hotels now receive weekly email content via The Check-In.

Key integration messages this month include:

Review Q1 Game Plans | Q1 Game Plans  are now posted on The Check-In. GMs and their teams should review their brand-specific Game Plan to plan for this quarter’s key actions, read important reminders, and know which webinars to attend.

Complete GXP Q1 2018 Pre-Launch Deployment Activities | In preparation for EMPOWER/Guest Experience Platform (GXP) Q1 deployment, critical pre-launch activities must be completed for Opera PMS properties for Opera Upgrade and OXI installation. Failure to complete these pre-launch activities will significantly delay your deployment of GXP in Q1. Details and information on Q1 pre-launch activities, list of hotels that require Opera upgrade, and critical steps are provided on the GXP MGS page.

MI LEADS: New Global Lead Referral Program Launching on Jan. 1  | TeamHOT, MAR-HOT, and The Ritz-Carlton Lead Referral Programs are sunsetting at year-end – and will be replaced by MI LEADS, the new global lead referral program that will provide a competitive advantage in ensuring that customers have options to stay within the Marriott International portfolio. To facilitate sending and receiving leads by Jan. 1, each hotel that opted to participate should have identified three separate contacts on property.
